shame enables admission
Take away the crime
Evade the guilty
Life mistreats the innocent
Accept the true self
The snow falls silent
unlike its sister the rain.

was born, happy day, happy
day. Celebrate life.

Salmon swim upstream.

fauna and rock, sturdy feet
brings a steady mind.
Build dams and open
hearts, piecing what makes you whole.
Bathe in the water.
Laughing dogs dream with
twitches of rapture, digging
fast, finding a bone.
My shot heard round the
world, fragments of contempt and
love are mixed and bent.
Hold tight the moment.
Forever doesn’t exist.
Time is but a taste.

sink in the mud, hold the day
to convey peace.
The clock works against
you, open your mind to end
the match. Free yourself.
