  1. ah….reminds me of when I was a kid sitting in the pew at church.
    here comes homily time and i would try to count all the ceramic roses that were around the altar…i guess to on lookers it would appear that i were seeing angels and looking in wonder at the altar. if they only knew what i was doing….i think i remember getting to about 300 roses or something close to that before i too, like the shepard, fell asleep.

  2. We didn’t have ceramic roses in church, or I may have had the same fate as you.

    Falling asleep in church was my father’s job.

    I tend to fall asleep in a boring class, jury duty, 11pm news, or reading a good book on a rainy day, on a comfy sofa. Ahhhhhhhh.
